ASF-Tech for Kids is a fun, beginner-friendly programme that helps kids across all ages explore the workings of the world of tech, artificial intelligence, computers, robotics, coding and others. Through short, engaging videos and playful lessons, children discover how technology makes their favorite games, apps, and gadgets come alive! Beyond understanding, they are empowered to bring their ideas to life using the tech skills they learn on this platform.

We offer a range of programmes specially designed for children in different age groups: 5–8, 9–12, and 13+. Each programme is thoughtfully structured to help children begin their journey into Tech with ease and excitement. Through hands-on practical activities, engaging projects, and guidance from dedicated mentors, every child learns at their own pace while building confidence, creativity, and real-world tech skills.

Not at all! This course is designed for complete beginners. Every topic is explained in simple, child-friendly language, so your little one can learn with confidence. No experience needed. Additionally, all courses come with a dedicated mentor to help them gain mastery of their chosen course.

Yes. Our classes are both LIVE and recorded. Learners are required to learn from our portal at their own pace, and then join a LIVE session every week for 8 weeks! Our standby in-house mentors are also available all week to provide real-time support and help learners as many times as required. This means that learners of all ages benefit from the flexibility of recorded lessons while still enjoying the personal, interactive support of live learning.

No! All mentorship and LIVE support sessions are included in the course fee. There are no hidden costs. All learners get full access to recorded lessons plus guidance and help from our dedicated mentors. This ensures they stay motivated, confident, and supported every step of the way.

Demo Day is an exciting event where both children & adults get to showcase what they’ve learned and built during the course! Selected participants present their projects, share their creative tech ideas, and celebrate their achievements with investors, industry leaders, policymakers, DFIs, leaders of development institutions, media houses, and fellow peers. Our Demo Day has been published in both local and global news channels.

The course is self-paced, so your child can learn anytime, anywhere. While each child can complete the course at his/her own pace, they will be required to join a weekly LIVE session for 8 weeks.

Your child will build a strong foundation in different tech skills and digital literacy, learning what technology is, how computers “think,” and how coding works. They’ll also develop creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, all while having fun!

Absolutely! Every video and activity has been carefully selected and reviewed for safety and age-appropriateness. The course is 100% child-safe, with no ads or external links.

Yes! We encourage parents to join in the fun. We believe learning is even more powerful when parents and kids grow together. While your child enjoys the ASF–Tech for Kids programme, you can also enroll in our Tech for Adults courses designed to help parents build essential tech and digital skills, from computer basics to coding and AI. And just like the kids programme, all adult courses also come with dedicated mentors.

When they finish the course, they would be required to build their capstone project. All projects will be reviewed, and selected projects will be invited to present on our Demo Day. Details of Demo Day is usually communicated months before the date to enable adequate preparations.

Courses are automatically accessible once payments are completed. Each child is also automatically assigned to the appropriate mentor/LIVE sessions.
